Virtual Seminar Workshop on Risk-Based Financial Analysis & Loan Packaging of Development Projects
The age of digitalization has downplayed the importance of understanding the relationship of various financial data missing out the details on how to properly analyze these and arrive at conclusions on what the project actually needs, when it needs it and if repayment can actually be made. This training will allow the participant to understand financial data relationships and its importance as risk mitigant in the packaging of loan proposals.
This training will allow the credit analysts to process the project’s loan requirements, the relationships of financial ratios thereby learning the deeper details on financial due diligence such as Reconstruction or Recasting financial statements, Cash Flow Analysis to determine appropriate payment terms, Ratio analysis, Sensitivity Analysis for more accurate financial projections and the appropriate loan package that matches project capability vs. loan requirements.
